DELIVERY INFORMATION

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping costs can be calculated by going to the product page on the website and entering the destination postcode and the quantity required.  Alternatively a shipping estimate will be provided in the shopping cart.

Shipping costs within Melbourne are a flat $45 including GST.  This is a flat fee and is for a van full of goods. 

Shipping costs outside of Melbourne are calculated based upon the number of cartons travelling and the dimensions of these cartons.

 

DELIVERY AREA:

We offer Australia Wide delivery to street addresses.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes. 

 

LEAD TIMES:

We ship every Business Day from our Melbourne Warehouse.

  • Order by midday on a Business day and receive your goods in Melbourne, Adelaide, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Mornington Peninsula THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
  • Order by midday on a Business day and receive your goods in Sydney, Adelaide within 1- 2 Business Days. 
  • Canberra orders received within 2 Business Days.
  • Perth and Tasmania within 3-5 Business Days.
  • Brisbane / Gold Coast orders delivered 3-4 Business Days

DELIVERY POLICY:

Our Melbourne based warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. 

Freight is delivered kerb side to your door, by one man only.   Heavy or bulky items will require the receiver to be physically fit to assist the driver in unloading from the van or truck.   If this is not suitable, please call before making an order to seek alternate freight methods we can provide at a surcharge.  Our Sales Team can be reached on 1300 20 55 62 or email:  sales@lifereplica.com.au.  

Please note delivery does not include assembly or removal of packaging.

Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive a notice containing information to track and trace your order.

We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery timeframe but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

INSURANCE:

All shipping charges are inclusive of transit insurance.  Our warehouse take great care to ensure that all of our goods are securely packaged for transit.  However should an item be lost in transit by our freight provider or sustain damage you are covered by our transit insurance.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:

An Authority To Leave will ensure that your goods arrive to you quickly and with no hassle, without you having to wait at home for delivery.  In the checkout there is a Special Instructions text field to allow you to provide delivery instructions such as leave behind the garage or at the front door and the driver will follow these instructions

To ensure the efficient delivery of your goods please provide special instructions for a safe delivery place at your home (e.g. Front Door - Undercover, in Carport, behind the front fence).

Alternatively consider having the item delivered directly to your place of work, or to a trusted neighbour or relative.

 

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER:

We welcome collection from our warehouse.  When in the checkout select the Pick Up option. 

You will receive an email within one (1) business day giving you the address and warehouse opening times for collection of your order.

Please take your receipt as proof of purchase along with your licence or some other form of photographic identification.  Our warehouse is open during normal business hours every working day and is located in Dandenong South, Victoria 3175.
