Return and Refund

Life Replica offers a seven (7) day return policy.  If you decide to return the product for any reason please contact a member of our team on [email protected] or call 1300 20 55 62.    

Goods must be returned in the original, unmarked condition and packaging.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Upon receipt of the item, a refund will be issued within three (3) business days. 


Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Delivered goods should be inspected upon receipt.  If the goods are received damaged or do not comply with any of the sale contract you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.  If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.


Products, Availability & Pricing

We exercise caution to ensure that all items displayed on our website are in stock and available at the prices shown.  We reserve the right to correct any errors that may be made by us in publishing these prices and availability.

Due to popularity or unexpected interruption to supply, some products may be out of stock. If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to provide an alternative item, place your product on backorder or issue a full refund.


Payment Method

We accept Credit Cards (VISA and Mastercard), Direct Deposit to our bank account and Cheque.  All cheques require 5 business days to clear.

Please note that goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
